"It was a tremendous day for me personally. Terry Virgo preached a fantastic message on the Grace of God and prior to that we had a great time of worship. After Terry preached, he invited all those with back problems to come forward. As Terry prayed I felt a strange sensation. I was so overwhelmed by the Lord’s goodness that I literally sobbed like a child. (I am not the emotional kind! My Mum says I am a ‘rock’.)

It was significant to me that, on the night before, I had been hugging my daughter Kettrina but had to lie on my back as I couldn’t sit or lie on my side for a long period due to the pain. I then spoke to the Lord as I could not even hug my little girls or even carry them (other than for a short while) as my back would hurt. I felt sad as they would soon grow up and this time would pass away.

I am truly amazed once again how the Lord met me and showed his great love towards me. He is truly a loving Dad".

"I am seventeen and suffered with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (a problem which affects the wrists) for five years. Even simple things like trying to cut food would give me severe pain. I often needed splints to relieve the pressure on my wrists. It was hard to grip, hard to write and hard to carry things.

I went to Newday where Lex was speaking and he prayed for healing. He told the pain to go in Jesus’ name, and instantly my pain went. I thought that maybe it would come back. A week went by and no pain! I could carry bags and heavy things with no pain. The pain has never returned.

The feeling of being healed is just amazing. It has released me to get on with my life. I am really glad that God healed me".
