Martin is the Superintendent Minister of the Methodist Central Hall, Westminster. He is married to Biddy, with three grown-up children. He enjoys friends, fishing, antique hunting and gardening.
Andy Tilsley - Daniel
Andy is on the staff at
ChristChurch London, which is part of the Newfrontiers family of churches and
meets in the Piccadilly Theatre in central London. He previously spent six years working
for the BBC as a sports journalist and still regularly commentates on football
matches. He is married to Joy.
Ruth Deller – Matthew 9,10
Ruth is an associate lecturer at Sheffield Hallam and Lincoln Universities. She is studying for her PhD, looking at the portrayal of religion on British television since 2000. She loves shopping centres, acting, cooking, reading, board games and good telly!
Jo Soper – Matthew 11,12
Jo leads Exeter Network Church with her husband, Jon. She loves body boarding, skiing, getting beaten at computer games by their son Bart and walking across Dartmoor with Jon.
Phil Caroe – ‘Visions from God’
Phil works in communications for the East of England Development Agency. He’s married to Anna, and together they lead the student work at City Church Cambridge.
Martin Hodson - Jeremiah
Martin is the Senior Minister of St Peter's Baptist Church in Worcester. He has a longing for the local church to reach its God-given potential and is passionate about world mission. He also has a longing to do more sailing and play more golf. Martin is married to Becky, a science teacher, and they have three boys who like to turn the dial up to 10 on their guitar amps.
Keith Warrington – Galatians
Keith is Vice-Principal and Director of Doctoral Studies at Regents Theological College. He is married to Judy and they have two grown-up children, Luke and Anna-Marie. Keith and Judy enjoy meeting up with their family, and also like holidays – anywhere and (nearly) everywhere!
Nigel Hopper – Matthew 13–15
Nigel is Lecturer in Contemporary Culture and Communications Manager at the London Institute for Contemporary Christianity. Prior to this he spent five years as an editor in Scripture Union’s Publishing department. He lives in Milton Keynes with his wife and two children, and will take issue with anyone who suggests that Basil Rathbone made a better Sherlock Holmes than Jeremy Brett!
John Clevely – ‘Touching the intangible’
John is a Bristolian who now pastors Beulah Family Church in Thornton Heath, Surrey. He is married to Liz, and they have four children. John enjoys travelling and leads frequent trips to Israel.
Lizzie Green - Psalm 73
Lizzie works as a desk editor at Scripture Union. When she's not playing with words, she enjoys playing her clarinet in the worship group at her church, and beating people at table football. She loves being an auntie to her two nephews and two nieces.
